Position/ Designation: Technical Engineer - Customer Support

  • Technical support and project execution support.
  • System and product training and software support.
  • Fabrication and installation training.
  • Site audits and resolving customer complaints.
  • Project handling – cross section drawings, system mockup
    sample execution.
  • Exhibition and events – system display execution
    support.

Position/Designation: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Estimation

  • Guiding customers for estimation, fabrication and installation of windows & doors as well as conduct installation audits in coordination with respective Zonal/Regional/Area Sales Manager.
  • Processing of general technical inquiries from customers.
  • New product development and improvement of existing products.
  • Meeting Architects and provide technical inputs in coordination with respective Zonal/Regional/Area Sales Manager.
  • Planning, organizing and execution of technical trainings with profine India customers (e.g. guiding customers in production and optimization of their fabrication units).

Position/Designation: Executive – Indoor Customer Service - Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager

  • Making Proforma Invoice, Order Confirmation, Invoices and E-way Bill.
  • Handling Daily Sales Report for Daily sales report.
  • Making payment follow up sheet.
  • Co-ordinate with transporters, Customers, and logistics team.
  • Handling Forecast Sheet with the sales team.
  • Prepare Stock and Order data.
  • Handling payment collection sheet weekly.
  • Changing and Adding articles in price-list and as well in SAP.
  • Making all documents for LC and submit to bank.
  • Making all documents for Replacement and follow-ups with customers, and Purchase department.

Position/Designation: Executive – Sr. Executive/Assistant Sales Manager

  • Potential candidate has to efficiently executes business strategies that are in line with organisational objectives.
  • He/She also coordinates with channel partners to identify regional market opportunities, and builds working relationships amongst a diverse range of customers.
  • Must have experience in field of sales and marketing of Façade systems
  • Experience of specifying products and handling projects with big customers / Builders / consultants and Architects.
  • Potential candidate must have proven record of preparing and executing a Business plan in similar capacity to achieve desired target.
  • Must have knowledge of Development cycle of a Façade system.
  • Technically sound about different Façade systems
